RE: Mouth Tape suggestions
You can use Pad a Cheeks to cover the head gear straps, so they’re more comfortable.

I'll put in another vote for cover roll stretch. I've used it for a couple of years and it's great.
It sticks well but comes off without tearing or irritating skin. I have sensitive skin, and expected to have issues with all tape adhesives, but this one works well.

When I use a nasal or the dreamports I use Hypafix. It’s inexpensive holds well and not difficult to remove. I’ve used it for years.

RE: Mouth Tape suggestions
After using just about every tape out there, I FINALLY found a tape that adheres well & is easy to remove without bothering my soft elderly skin . . .
MED-VANCE SILICONE TAPE Available on Amazon, Walmart, etc. Comes in 1-inch and 2-inch widths (most people including me find 1" to be perfect for taping the mouth <lips drawn in>). Look for the 5yard spool - 1" costs $9.99. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08BQG...TVAC&psc=1

I started with the Medvance, 2-inch wide tape, and loved it, but for me, it did not control my leaks very well. My husband uses it and likes it a lot. His leaks are rarely high so he sticks with it - his choice. For those it works for it is wonderful tape! I would go back to it in a minute if I could!

Yes, I'm swallowing a lot of air. i'm going to try the kinesiology tape. Got to get it under control. I don't mine the FF mask terribly, but I'd prefer a nasal mask if the tape works.
