Mask fit changes - why? how?
How can a mask fit % go from 100 one night to 53 the next ?  And do you think I can use moleskin on top of memory foam (ResMed f20) over the bridge of my nose?

You developed a leak.
By looking at OSCAR daily charts we can get insight on what kind of leak it is.

Leak causes can be
Mask is too tight (very common)
Mouth breathing
Change in sleeping position
Mask seal leak
Mask age and seal deterioration

Is this a one-time thing or is it fairly confident

Others have successfully used moleskin applied to the sore spot. Give it a whirl and see whether it helps, makes mask fit worse, etc. You might also consider trying a mask liner. An experimental approach will serve you well.
