My Journey from BiPAP Auto to Aircurve 10 Vauto

RE: Newbe First time using BiPAP Auto mode
Not as good a night, seemed like I just could not settle down.  Do you see anything that I could change?

Your numbers are good, they call for no changes.
In the close up you had a lot of significant flow limitations. On a BiLevel I'd have you increase PS.
Do you have a recording oximeter? I'd like you to validate your O2 numbers overnight. If not, bump your min EPAP to 11 (from 10) to see if we can improve the flow limits.

NOTE: I only saw this because you posted the zoomed view. Please look for areas like this, and also show on of 'normal breathing so we can see what your normal looks like.

I just order a CMS50D pluse and ;should get it by monday.  I am not very good with tech so I hope I'm able to download the data - I see several have had a problem with that.  I just never feel rested in the morning and tired throughout the day.  Getting the VAUTO and oximeter will, I hope give some answers and relief.

See how the size of the waves are much smaller than the 'normal breathing'. That is a much shallower breath, you are breathing significantly less air in the 1st 2 zoomed views.
The normal breathing has a lot of flow limits in it.
Vertically shrink the existing charts and fit the Flow Limits chart in. At a 95% value of .01 it looks pretty good though.

I'm sorry, but I am technically challenged.  I can not find a Flow Limits chart  Oh-jeez  And I'm not sure how to Vertically shrink the existing charts.

Sorry,

Flow Limits are on ResMed, not PR machines,  we need to manually read it from the flow rate with some help from the FL Events which ResMed doesn't have.
