[CPAP] Suddenly starting to feel bad again.
#21
RE: Suddenly starting to feel bad again.
In this last chart, your FLs and snores are fairly clustered, which makes me wonder whether you're having a positional problem. Take a look at this entry in the wiki:

https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...onal_Apnea

It's directed at people with positional apnea, but if your FLs and snores are positional, the same advice might help you.

How are you feeling after last night's sleep? Don't forget that the subjective data are important.

I definitely have much more mental clarity today. Still have some fatigue though.

I’m definitely up for trying one of those cervical collars. I don’t suppose you know where you can purchase one in the UK?

Do you recommend increasing my minimum to 12 and lowering the max to 19?

Good morningSmile
I’m a bit more tired this morning but I’ll see how I feel later on in the day.

I’ve uploaded last nights data.

Al

You definitely want to keep working on getting leaks under control.

As for your question about max pressure,

I would lower that to 17

Raise min to 12

How are you feeling?

It does take time to get results, however...

Watch for WHEN you begin getting tired during the day, assuming you wake up refreshed.

I am finding that my subjective improvement is i am getting tired LATER in the day, like 5 PM now.

Used to be at lunch, and slowly moved later.

So if you can keep settings somewhere close without fiddlin too much, you have a chance to not go past good settings.

Know what i mean?
