My oscar data
Hello guys, I am using CPAP since end of may 2023. I am pretty satisfied with the therapy.
Getting 0 OSA regularly, there were some treatment emergent CSA at the beginning of the journey, not more that 5 per night, now they are 0 or 1 .

I am using lowenstein prisma smart device and oscar was not availavable , but now I am seeing it is working. I am using a soft cervical collar and I had a 20 AHi number on the sleep study. I also had sinus+septum+adenoid surgery and I weight cca 65-68 Kg on 175cm, I am male.

I changed yesterday to minimum pressure of 4 because I am having some sinus issues from the flu, but still minimum pressure resolves all apneas , not sure if I have some flow limits or something like that?

Mine question it is just if other things that ahi are good and if you something that would be good to change.

Thanks in advance.
