You've checked the hose itself, correct? Either the simple block one end and blow through the other, or swap in a new one to see if the mystery leaks disappear.

Yeah I've run every check I can think of (including that) and I also have no issue with any other mask, just this type.

Are the exhalation valves not shutting when the pressure is turned on? In the elbow if the F20 there are 2 silicone valves that close when the pressure is turned on. Maybe they are defective and you just need to replace the elbow.
