OSCAR Management Announcement
This is to inform all of you of some changes in the OSCAR management team. Recently, Gideon moved from the Project Manager's position to Project Manager Emeritus and I assumed his former role. I think SuperSleeper had made a public announcement abut this. After assuming this position, events unfolded that necessitated moving OSCAR's code to a new location. As this process was being carried out, I elected to make the most active software contributor, LoudSnorer co-owner. This was done so no one person has sole access and could cease OSCAR's continued development. To that end, LoudSnorer is now given the role of lead developer. Arie, is still the Translations Coordinator.
