How to keep your mask on
I have woken up several mornings lately and my mask is on my pillow. It's adjusted correctly so I'm not having leaking. BUT at some point in the night, I take it off. Help me figure out a way to keep this on!
RE: How to keep your mask on
It should sort out over a couple of months, add layers to make it harder to take off half asleep, start with a chin strap, add more stuff till you use a nail gun as a last resort

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure. https://aasm.org/resources/practiceparam...rating.pdf

I expected this to be a much bigger problem for me - I used to have a Somnomed appliance and would wake up all the time to find it in my bed. I am only two nights in, but I haven't taken the mask off yet. I think it might be because it is too hard for me to take off in my sleep - the clips are a little tricky and it is not second nature yet. I am wearing a Philips Amara View if that helps.

Post your chart graphs. We may see something you do not see there.
Download SleepyHead, Organize your data and post it, see my sig. Practice sometimes helps, wear the cpap while watching TV or reading.
