I survived the first night on the machine. It really didn't go so well. Ended up taking it off after about 2 1/2 hours. I would say the mask was fairly comfortable. It's going to take some adjustment to get used to the noise. I think my biggest problem last night was just the newness of it all and that it wasn't what I am used to. I will adjust and will keep at it.
During my sleep study they started me at a pressure of 5, then 6, and then 7. They had me at 7 for 173 minutes and in that time only recorded 5 central events, no obstructive, no mixed, no hypopnea and only 1 RERA.
So, I setup my machine last night with a pressure range of 4 to 10, with a 10 minute ramp and the exhale relief set to 1. Humidity was set to 3 only because I chose the setting in the middle of the range.
Looks like my pressured ran into that upper limit several times. But these charts still are mostly just raw data to me, I still can't interpret most of it.
Here's my chart. Would love to hear some thoughts.
Also, if the chart isn't showing what it should or you want to see something else, let me know.
Thanks!
