What are you trying to solve by improving the results? How do you feel when you wake up after a night like this?

Looks like you could experiment with 9cmH20 to see if you can get rid of the last couple obstructive events but you're already getting great results.

Things look good but you have flow limits that could be helped.  Flow limits are apnea just like Oa and H events but they are smaller and shorter in duration.  They can stop you from getting into deep sleep or even wake you.  We use EPR (exhale pressure relief) to lessen them.  You need to do 2 things to use EPR.  First set the EPR to full time and then set the EPR to 3.  See how that helps with the nights sleep.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing
