Oscar Data
Been using my CPAP for about 5 months, getting a low AHI but still not feeling or sleeping great. Any suggestions? Can post more data if needed. I also wear a soft cervical collar.

RE: Oscar Data
I suggest you raise your EPR to 3. Your breathing will be more comfortable, and your flow limits will lessen, which is always a good thing.

It's hard to tell if you are using the pressure you need since you are set at static pressure. If you have experimented with Apap and found that 13 is right for you, then you are okay. If you have always used Cpap mode, it's harder to tell. If so, I suggest you use Apap, set at 10 to 15 to find what you really need.
