Need help. Fatigue/Daytime sleepiness even with low AHI

@Phaleronic. Won't increasing the min by 0.8 and decreasing the EPR by 2 , would result in net increaseof EPAP by 2.8?

Am i getting it right? Is it okay to do that big of a change at once?

Again, your therapy looks good.  The only change I would make is to raise the min to 8.  Let's see how that makes you feel and make adjustments if needed.

Hi guys. I need your help again :/
I tried with pressure 8-12, EPAP 3. Have added the screenshot below.

   

AHI was zero but felt like sh*t. My whole body felt dry / dehydrated. I dont know how else to say.
The major cause for my left nostril was fully blocked. I use neilmed and floanse daily as instructed by my ENT doctor. But even then it isnt helping.

One thing to note is i often sleep with my hand under my head. Kinda like chimps, to support my head, on top of pillows. I do it subconsciously  while sleeping.

I found that if i sleep like this , the congestion is less compared to with just pillow. I tried using two pillows and felt the same. The congestion is less with two pillows compared to one pillow. But it wasn't comfortable to my neck.

Why does height seems to clear my nose a bit (not fully though). Can a wedge pillow help me in this case? Can people with sleep apnea use wedge pillows?
