Online retailers do not sell used masks. The masks they receive back from a 30 trial period are discarded.

opal rose by no means am I saying you are incorrect. I exchanged mt first mask and watched them put it back on the shelf, it was a DME. The person that set up my machine told me they repackaged the masks that were returned or tried.

That's interesting, because that would seem to imply that the retailer's cost for the mask is less than or equal to the charge to the customer for the mask-return insurance.
