I have used the n30i for years. Got the airtouch version a few years ago. The Dreamwear with Arms head strap works way better with both of these masks. I tried the new airtouch with the strap it came with and after a few minutes, switched to the Dreamwear. Keeps the mask situated a lot better.

One thing I noticed about the new mask, other than being softer, is that the nasal holes on the new mask seems smaller. I need to be more careful in where the mask is situated, otherwise the mask partially blocks my breathing.

I know a woman with long hair who threads her pony tail through the opening above the strap to keep it from riding up.  Not an option for everyone, but useful for those who have enough hair on the back of their heads.

Good suggestion.  I just put the dreamwear headgear with arms on the n30i mask and it does make it fit more snugly.  Thanks
The n30i headgear is a nicely manufactured material, but for some reason fits too loosely and doesn't adjust enough.

I switched from the n30i airfit to the airtouch a few weeks ago. I bought one cushion to try it out, expecting to have huge leaks and go back to the silicone version but was pleasantly surprised that the leak rate has not been all that much higher, sometimes about the same and sometimes a hair higher but still reasonable. It's definitely a more comfortable mask and I feel like I get better airflow (wearing the small wide which has more elongated nostril holes instead of the airfit small). I didn't find the airfit to be horrible, but it did sometimes feel like it was sticking to my face and pulling on my skin.

Also, I was having some issues with the mask frame slipping that I think were either the result of it being a tiny bit too long or my hair being slippery.  I found that wearing a chin strap and setting the top of the frame on the top of the strap helped (creating friction and filling space) so I then bought a thing from Pad A Cheek that covers the top part of the frame and I folded up a rectangle of material to put inside to add a little more thickness.  That's worked pretty well.
