Whats .4-.6? I cant do .5?

I have auto set to 6-11.

I have start pressure 5 with epr 1 on ramp only.

I woke up ok, but got tired around 2pm and went back to bed with machine. I slept till 5:30 or so. First time I did that..

But I took a different stomach medication. Not sure if that had a cause. I dont think so. Im tired now too... ugggg.


Ill post my nap results...

OK it was only a hour and 20 min nap...LOL... But im tired..

IDK if I have another underlying medical condition... Im going back to the general doctor tomorrow...

As my first post stated I been through this whole tired thing for a year now...

LOL hey sleep for an hour and you get a smile face..

Also note this 1 20 min nap I was dreaming like mad...

Raise the minimum from 6 to 6.4 cmH2O.  (your machine restricts you to .2 cmH2O increments)
