New ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto - Oscar Chart

RE: New ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto - Oscar Chart
Your leaks are not high enough to be concerned about.  If you look at the panel to the left of the chart you will see that they are always 0.something, meaning that they are not high enough to interfere with your therapy.

If you want your AHI to drop a little you can raise your Trigger to high.  That should lower the number of CAs.

The bigger problem remains positional. I'm not a fan of the memory foam pillows.

Agreed.  They are too firm and high and cause one's chin to drop.  Only the much flatter child-sized ones with a raised front edge to tip your head back slightly might work.

So I removed the memory foam pillow went to two thinner down fill ones and also adjusted the Trigger setting from Medium to High.
Here is the chart from last night. I had a couple 1.7 AHI nights when I first got my new machine but this 1.23 is definitely my best one yet with my Air Curve.
The top chart is last night’s (May 11) and the lower one is from April 25 and the AHI was 1.78.
