Thank you. I'll keep these settings for a few days. I woke up more than I would have liked last night but I think I'm getting there. I'm definitely pretty foggy during the day but less tired so hopefully that will pass.

RE: New User - Getting Discouraged
It appears you've been assigned a doctor similar to most CPAP users, a medical person that moonlights as a "sleep specialist". This observation is by way of seeing the results of how well these specialists treat, you're much better off getting free suggestions from actual users here, going through a trial and error to get it set yourself.
Your lazy doctor issued you default settings 4-20 that my old dog could have also chosen. Welcome to better CPAP therapy, even if it's not quite your ideal yet. It'll come though if you're determined not to quit.
INFORMATION ON APNEA BOARD FORUMS OR ON APNEABOARD.COM SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED MEDICAL ADVICE. ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF A PHYSICIAN BEFORE SEEKING TREATMENT FOR MEDICAL CONDITIONS, INCLUDING SLEEP APNEA. INFORMATION POSTED ON THE APNEA BOARD WEBSITE AND FORUMS ARE PERSONAL OPINION ONLY AND NOT NECESSARILY A STATEMENT OF FACT.

That was my thought as well. They might as well have said "good luck" when handing me the machine.
And Thank you. I am definitely determined!

My RT from Apria in 2017 told me she had to guess at the setup and doctor script for a ResMed ASV. I went home and reset it in 3 minutes to where I thought it needed.

Good Lord. Why is there so little support from the medical community?
RE: New User - Getting Discouraged
Last night was pretty good. It does seem to be improving every night. I slept straight from 9:30-6:30 which I believe is my longest uninterrupted stretch.
RE: New User - Getting Discouraged
To me, the chart looks very good. Keep at it. Congrats on the progress.

Thank you, sir! Hoping it keeps improving and I actually feel rested during the day.
RE: New User - Getting Discouraged
I'm still just so tired during the day. Is there anything on my chart that could indicate why? I realize it could just be a psychological thing on my part or maybe my body just needs to catch up.

RE: New User - Getting Discouraged
Do you have a smart watch that tracks SPo2 and sleep stages? It may help shine a light on things.
From your OSCAR chart, the flow rate is rather spiky, which is typical of arousal breaths and possibly UARS. Your current machine is a bit limited in what you can do, but one thing is increasing the pressure to see if it smooths things out. It would also help to see the respiration rate graph on the same chart to see how things line up.
Consider increasing the min and max pressure by 0.02 or so every few nights, at least until things smooth out or go totally off the rails. Sometimes a wee bit of pressure can make all the difference.
