New User - Please Help!
Hello everyone, a friend of mine said this is the best place to get help with my CPAP settings. I recently started using my CPAP machine, diagnosed with 27 AHI during my sleep study. They started me on the standard 5.0 - 20.0 Autoset with EPR 1. I think my pressures need to be adjusted, but wanted to get some advice here because my doctor could take weeks to get back to me. Any input on my night here would be appreciated. Thank you everyone!

Welcome to the board. To start with the best way to get a screenshot is using the F 12 button on your keyboard. It will give us the best resolution and everything in one shot.

The other I would make a couple small changes.

Min 7
EPR 2

That will help with the flow limits and even out pressure.

Hi bigguybri!  -  Welcome

Here are some tips for posting a screenshot of your Daily screen.  Some of these steps may not apply, but I listed them for that "just-in-case" moment.

Steps to organize the Daily screen and take a screenshot:
  1. Set the OSCAR to full screen.

  2. Make sure that your display is set to the Standard view, your graphs are in the default order, and all graphs are of the same size.
     If not:
    • To reset the Default Graph Order:  Go to (View > Reset Graphs > Standard)
    • To reset Graph Heights:  Go to (View > Reset Graphs Heights)

  3. Resize the Daily screen's left panel's width, so each channel parameter only uses one line and does not wrap the data.  This allows more information to be displayed.

  4. Make sure you are at the top of the Daily screen and have not scrolled down.  Also, make sure you are displaying the complete day's data, and not zoomed in to any specific time range. (Take a guess as to why we mention all this. . .)

  5. To take a screenshot of your Daily screen, select one of the following:
    • For Windows or Linux: Use the F12 key
    • For a Mac: While holding down the Fn key, press the F12 key.

  6.  Follow these steps to post an image: https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread...ttachments

While Stacey has provided a good recommendation, I think it would tighten up the pressure range.  I would set the minimum to 10 and the maximum to 13.  Again, using Stacey's recommendation of an EPR of 2.  Sometimes large pressure changes can cause a larger CO2 washout that, in turn, causes a proliferation of CAs.
