I think I'm headed in the right direction, but I'm not sure I'm "there" yet. I've stuck with the F&P Solo for the last week because I was getting a good seal and low leak rates. The nights with minimal leaks felt the best the next day. Friday night I struggled with leaking and felt terrible the next morning (both day's screenshots uploaded). The increased pressure support seems fine, and rounds out a lot of flow rate curves.
I'm wondering if leaks are causing arousals and contributing to poor sleep quality. Do the screenshots provide any insights? Dec. 19 data felt good; Dec 20 did not.
