I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea with an AHI of 13.5 and have been using my CPAP machine for about a week now. It's been a little difficult to get used to, and I didn't see any of those miraculous overnight results you sometimes hear about but I understand that all of this is a process. I saw how you can use OSCAR to keep an eye on your data and try to dial in your machine, so I ordered an sd card and have a nights worth of data to look at. It does look like my numbers are decent but I'm honestly unsure of what I should be looking for. My AHI seems low but I have still been waking up through the night quite a bit. I would really appreciate any help in interpreting this data and any advice you all could give me. Thanks in advance!

RE: New looking for insight
You look pretty good for just starting out, all I would do for now would be to raise your minimum pressure to perhaps 9.6cm and lower your maximum to 14cm. I suggest the minimum pressure raise to see if it will eliminate some of the apneas and arousals that you are having. Try the new settings for a day or two then post some more charts.

Thanks for the welcome and the advice, i'll give those settings a try. Glad to hear things are looking alright, it's been difficult getting used to the mask and keeping it on.
