[Equipment] Intellipap 2 Compliance

Hello Everyone,
New to the forum...
My Intellipap 2 has been very good for me, but suddenly the compliance percentage is stuck at 60% Compliance. At the time, I was well above that by just doing the math while looking at the chart showing 30 day and 90 day usage. 
 The place where I purchased it said to reset the machine. Does anyone have their original instructions? Could you reply with the directions to reset? Thank you!
When I first got the machine, I put the carrier and the instructions somewhere "safe".

Be sure to list the "exact" model and name of your machine.

You might try just unplugging it for a couple of minutes and than plug it back in.
