Do I have CSR?

Do I have CSR?
Hi,

I have been using cpap for 2 years now and have notices this up and down pattern which I see online as Cheyne Stokes Rhespiration. The problem is, even with lots of googling, i am not 100% sure if I have it or not. Can someone more knowledgable take a look and see if I have it? I have not really felt well rested in a while and was curious what is going on.

I will also get the inspire implant later next year probably, as surgery waiting lists are long here in Austria. But until then I want to at least not be tired 24//7 as much as possible

Links below with my account on sleep hq:

The most extreme example is yesterday, the 15th of july, that is where most of that cheyne stokes stuff is obvious. It changes from day to day, and yesterday seems to have been the most.

Here are some pics too with examples in attachments

As mentioned, some nights i have quite a few obvious ones which last even like 20 minutes or so, other times they do happen but more rarely and if someone could look at a few of my days randomly and see if there is a pattern, that would be nice

I would like to thank anyone again for taking their time to help me with examples on what to do

RE: Do I have CSR?
That is periodic breathing, not CSR. You can read more about them on the wiki.
