Thanks. The humidity level is okay. Unfortunately, it's a bit more involved than that, apparently. I have severe complex (central and obstructive) apnea, and I'm on the wrong machine.

I suggest you open rescan go view data select summary data and a date range of the last 7 days get the data displayed on screen then click reports and produce a pdf of the summary data that will show your ahi and compliance etc. Then when you like what you see print it out the summary text at the top will show a break down of the ahi as CA’s OA’s and Hypopnea. The ahi scoring will show amount of ahi and the type the summary graphs will show compliance usage etc.

That is an amazing result considering where we started this process. To go from 38 AHI to 3.8!
With central apnea, some results may not be consistent, but I think this points to the value of using a tool like fixed CPAP pressure vs bilevel in these cases.

Do you think it means that I don't need the other machine? I still woke up a few times.

I didn't expect that you would see an AHI this low.  For most of us 3.8 is still on the rough margin of good results, but it introduces doubt.  I think you need, and will benefit from ASV if you can get it, and that is why I'm sometimes reluctant to coach on improving results like yours.  I still think your AHI could be over 10 or less than 2 tomorrow.  CA is completely unpredictable, and if you were using your prescribed bilevel settings, would still be around 30 events per hour.

In spite of good results, your events are central, and CPAP is not for central apnea, however, these results are a nice break from what you've been experiencing. What this means is, you have gone from an urgent need to change to ASV, to one that it is tolerable to let the medical system take its course.
