Schwarzen's Therapy Thread
I have quite similar experience. CPAP metrics are good, but even with long uinterupted sleep, i am tired all the day, and especially in the morning. Quality of the sleep measured by CPAP sometimes is not corellated with daytime wellbeing my doctor told me. :-(

RE: Schwarzen's Therapy Thread
Very common issue. A low AHI doesn't always equal feeling great the following day.
This is what I see... Your 95% Flow Limitation reads at .10, we like to see that lower. Even though you state you have uinterupted sleep, you may be experiencing sleep arousals unaware. This can be very disruptive to sleep, and cause your daytime tiredness. Also, your pressures are set to default 4-20, which isn't optimal. We could narrow that range for efficiency. If agreeable, make the following adjustments. Minimum pressure set to 8cm. Maximum pressure set to 15cm. Set EPR to 3. (This should help bring the flow limitation down). Please note that it "may" raise clear airway events. This is something we won't know unless you try it. If that happens, then we can set EPR to 2.

RE: Schwarzen's Therapy Thread
Schwarzen, your pressure is set to 4.0 minimum to 20 maximum with EPR 1. You will do much better with a narrower range. I think minimum 7, maximum 12 with EPR at 2 might be more comfortable and will reduce some of the flow limitations we see here. Flow limits can lead to respiratory effort arousals you may not be aware of, but that cause daytime sleepiness and fatigue. Note these pressure recommendations are based on your current median pressure and the maximum slightly exceeds the maximum on your current chart.
