I will continue using the settings provided. Oh, I did mean to ask, as far as the difference in the reports. Were the flow limit stats better during last nights sleep?
Hello Stray, you need to please turn down EPR with the OAs and CAas showing up still, you're at 10cm min with EPR @ 3 so your minimum pressure is too low (7cm) to have decent apnea control and Oscar is showing us that, and EPR is causing more issues than it is remediating (your flow limit spikes are right around .38)-so keep your pressure settings for now but lower EPR to 1 for a few nights and post a new chart. Also minimize back sleeping and focus on side sleeping, I use a full body pillow that I put behind me once I'm on my side, and please use a flat pillow.

Hello Phaleronic. I attempted a few nights with your recommendations. I'm not sure if it was because of good conditions but one of the nights I did manage an AHI of 0.27, I didn't get that low again though lol.
Anyways these are the charts from last night. What do you think?

Hi Stray,
Thank you for trying the settings, it's really simple, EPR delays inspiration return pressure as well as lowering epap pressure by 1cm per unit of epr, so for now I'd turn EPR off completely and see if continues to help (I've used your machine before and it helped me sleep better). Your scattered hypopneas should drop too with EPR being off as well, and your 95 percent pressure is 12.7cm so I would please like you to raise your minimum pressure up to 11.8cm when you are able to handle that adjustment, but it will take a little time. How are you feeling in the morning when waking up, and also throughout the day?
