New user - Tired despite improvements with CPAP

RE: New user - Tired despite improvements with CPAP
What you said makes sense Dave

Came across the pressure and flow curve profiles for EPR - seems to spike the flow on inspiration over baseline which would explain the reduction in FL events.

Pressure drops quite aggressively for the full duration for expiration before ramping almost straight back up which might explain the need to offset EPR by an equal amount of pressure on the Min to maintain equivalent therapy.

I can see why opinions on EPR are varied, theres a lot going on.

What you'll see is this double pressure trace looks like a bilevel, because now it is. Just limited to EPR/PS of 3.

It appears things are trending better, and as such, it's probably time to focus on basing therapy on how it makes you feel.
