thank you! will try that tonight. Do you know where I can view RERAs in Oscar to see how that's being impacted?

Your machine may not rate them, and OSCAR relies on information from the machine to report out.

That said, you can find them yourself if you know what you are looking for. Wherever you have some flow limits, zoom in and see if they end with a sharper, taller intake of breath. That's the signal that you had a partial obstruction that your body decided to wake itself up a little to break through. The airsense 10 does rate them, but tends to under-report a lot. In my own charts, I think it's only flagging about 30-40% of the events that appear like RERAs to my eyes.

ah, I was able to zoom in to hopefully capture better (attached).

Do these look like RERAs to you?

No, this is what you're looking for, some from my charts. The first one is flagged and bears all the classic signs, the rest I found on my own but didn't get a flag. The green line is my cursor line in place of where the flag should be.

Note that the last one in the sequence didn't get anything at all, not even a Hypopnea. Goes to show that our machines do this for our benefit, but they are not infallible.

I do think the VAuyo is a good machine for you.
If it is used please perform a Factory Reset. This will reset all settings tp default.

Your Reras in the absence of any apnea or hypopneas point to UARS.  Simply put RERAs are a series of flow limitations followed by arousal.  Thats what, based on your post, we will be looking at minimizing.
Settings:
Mode: VAuto
Min EPAP=4 (Min value and default)
Max IPAP=12 (Doesn't matter too much, just need a bit of room for the Auto more to work)
PS=3 (Default is 4)

Download OSCAR Make sure you have an SD card in the Vauto (Left side upper door) use overnight.

Post Daily charts and a couple random 3-minute segments during periods you think you are sleeping.
Then we will evaluate what is going on and adjust

Hi Gideon, thoughts on my last few days? Should I adjust settings? I feel worse.

and sorry about the quotes? Someone just messaged me to not use the quotes. I won't use them anymore. Still getting used to this UI.
