New w/ low AHI but no direction
Hi all!

As I stated in the subject, I am new to CPAP and to this forum. I only started using my cpap a few weeks ago. I am a 31 year old male who has been suffering from some pretty intense mental/physical symptoms for a very long time (decade or so). My symptoms have only gotten worse over time and really started hindering my life. I'm 5'11'' and weigh roughly 180lbs. Weight has never been an issue in my life. Growing up I was always on the skinnier side and actually weighed closer to 165 - 170 for most of the last decade. I'm pretty active and eat relatively healthy but still have sleep apnea problems. Due to availability in my city I've only managed to get an in-home sleep study (attached). I was given a diagnosis of Mild and given a very basic prescription and initial cpap setup. The respiratory therapist I worked with online was not really invested in really dialing things in, just trying to sell me stuff. Although, I can tell the basic cpap settings are helping immensely with my mental and physical health, I need help dialing things in. I have made some changes of my own based off of what I have read on here but could use advice in the direction I am heading. I plan to see a more qualified local sleep doctor who can review my data but that appointment is scheduled out 5 months from now and I don't want to wait that long to start dialing things in and learning.

I'm going to include my last 3 nights of data in OSCAR. I am really new to the software/metrics, but my profession is in Data Engineering, so I usually can pick these things up pretty quickly. My AHI is pretty low but I've done enough reading to know that AHI isn't always the whole picture. The only thing I really have a grasp on is the large leaks. I am testing out full face masks at the moment. The Evora is not fitting well and I have an F20 enroute to try.

The first two screenshots are to a constant pressure of 8 w/ an EPR of 2. The last is at 9 w/ EPR of 2. Is there anything that looks out of the ordinary that may not be apparent in my AHI and is there anything I can experiment to try and dial my settings in further?

Here is my sleep test attachements.

Hi cpap7samurai, it looks pretty good with pressure at 9cm and EPR2 FT. I do see that you're having some leak issues though as you stated, I use the F20 system and have tried nearly all other mask types and brands but have the lowest leak rate with the F20, but I had to try the different sized cushions, so please do try them all to see how they work for you (small, medium, large).

I agree that you are doing well.  You still have some flow limits and I would move the EPR to 3 to help that.

It would make it easier for us to read your charts if you made a couple of changes. Remove the calendar from the left panel, as that would show us more useful information below it. Also, set your chart with the following items, in the order listed: Event Flags, Flow Rate, Pressure, Leak Rate, and Flow Limits, nothing else. Also, make sure we can see to the very bottom of the Flow Limits part. Thanks!

Attached are the updated screenshots! I will try and adjust my EPR to 3 and see if that does anything with the flow limitations.
