New user with high CA

RE: New user with high CA
Deborah, my apnea is actually worse lying on my back with no pillow or a very thin pillow than it is with a medium pillow, so the neck brace is unlikely to help. Maybe I have some physiological abnormality in my airway, or maybe my cruddy shoulder and neck posture are at fault.

Here are my screenshots from 31 May to 8 June.

Any further insights? I definitely got over-exposed to some toxic (for me) air yesterday, and I think I got some lesser over-exposures earlier in the week going to a home improvement store with lots of lumber, so that may explain the drastic increase in AHI. Based on my 99.5% pressure numbers, I just increased max pressure to 13.
