RE: tired and yawning
It depends on your personal therapy needs. If you need static, go with CPAP. And if it's a pressure range, go with APAP.

RE: tired and yawning
Your tidal volume is constantly varying through the night. Your body is constantly accounting for this increased and decreased airflow through the night. Respiratory rate is a little high with inhales slightly longer than exhales. Your not showing much of any events on the machine accept for flow limitation. Maybe try increased min pressure
Maybe min pressure 7, max pressure 10?

Well I had that Dr. appointment with machine, not sure why I took it because he didn't look at it at all. Then I told him I was still tired and thought the machine needed adjusted and I ask about the RERA and FL and if it could be the reason it would make me still be tired his response was "Yes its RERA could be the reason, don't worry don't worry!" So I've changed my settings on my own here are a few charts. FL still seems up and for some reason there are spaces now with no data like the machine is turning off. I put it on APAP and turned minimum pressure up to 6 and turned off icr
