RE: No Progress: Merge Wperrott92 Therapy Thread
Thanks for your chart. It's clear that you have a lot of events and an imbalance between inspiration and expiration. We now know you are not using a BiPAP ST but an Airsense 10 Autoset with a minimum pressure of 14, maximum pressure 20 and EPR 3. Don't get me wrong, but we've been terribly misled to think you were on some bilevel pressure machine to treat complex apnea. This is simply a CPAP. Let's take the next step and take a look at your diagnostic results. A diagnostic study with the personal information redacted would be very valuable.
Based on the graph you provided, your pressure is way too high and while there are no obstructive apnea, there are a lot of CA and H events and a significant imbalance in inspiration / expiration flow. We really need to figure out how you got here, by error, malfeasance or other problem. We can work to optimize settings on your CPAP, but it will help to actually know what your prescription calls for. It's not uncommon for CPAP to be used as an interim measure for complex apnea, but your sleep study results should show us what your clinicians recommended.
