No graph in OSCAR

No graph in OSCAR
I downloaded OSCAR this morning and after inserting the SD card in my Airsense 11 Autoset machine and uploading the card info to OSCAR I see in the daily section there are no graphs to view.  It says, "There is no data to graph" and "Summary only".  I did a search for why the graph is not there and am I correct in understanding that I had to have the card in the machine all night to capture this information? If it knows some of my info why does it not capture the graph information? I am looking at YouTube videos on how to better educate myself in Oscar, and all things CPAP as I have only had my machine for a month.  Thanks for your help in advance!

RE: No graph in OSCAR
In order for the sleep data to be recorded, the SD MUST be in the CPAP while you are sleeping.  All you will get if you insert it after using the CPAP is the Summary data.

RE: No graph in OSCAR
I read that on the OSCAR info forum. Thanks.  I'll put the card back in the machine and leave it there.

Yes, that is correct! The card must be in your Cpap while sleeping. Take it out to download to OSCAR, then when done, insert it back in your Cpap.

The links in my signature line should help.

RE: No graph in OSCAR
I have the same issue, and the card was absolutely in the machine. It worked fine prior to a given date, and again fine after a given date, with about four days between in which it did not graph data -- with the card NOT removed during that time at all.

I had a similar issue If I entered my location(USA) in profile.
I removed Oscar, DELETE  “C:\Users\xxx\Documents\OSCAR_Data” folder.
Install again, DO NOT enter location.

RE: No graph in OSCAR
After installing, Run OSCAR.exe, the "Welcome to Open Source CPap…" shown.
I imported data from SD card, open Graphic data, OK.
However, after I close, Run OSCAR.exe, No option for me to import data to Oscar.
Help....
Thanks

RE: No graph in OSCAR
Did you create a profile? One has to be open before data import. Also, you DID install the OSCAR-Data directory in your Documents folder?

RE: No graph in OSCAR
Yes, I created a profile.
“ DID install the OSCAR-Data directory in your Documents folder?
No, I did not.!!!
When I installed the software, it automatically created folder
“C:\Users\...\Documents\OSCAR_Data”

It was very weird.
I first installed in one hard drive. “Welcome to Open Source CPap…” appeared after I ran the program.
I was abled to import and saw the graph, I closed it.
Then open again, NO "Welcome to Open Source CPap…" shown.
I removed/reinstalled the program several times still did not see
"Welcome to Open Source CPap…"

I went to 2nd (backup)hard drive which is exactly the same.
Installed, and it worked perfectly up to now, 4 days.!!
No problem.

I went back to the 1st hard drive, removed/reinstalled the program several times but no help.

I then restored my 1st hard drive, reinstalled the program…and it worked.
…And still works.
I just did back up my hard drive…just in case.

Thanks for reading.

RE: No graph in OSCAR
you DID install the OSCAR-Data directory in your Documents folder?”
>>>I first inserted SD mem in my Computer, Run OSCAR.exe
From the "Welcome to Open Source CPap…"
Selected drive where the SD card, Opened.
I looked at the chart, then Closed OSCAR.

Copy new files from SD to my Network Drive.
(I don’t like to store Data in Unstable C: at all)
Run OSCAR.exe again, this time I selected the location in my Network drive where the new files were just copied.

As now, in my Documents folder”
*C:\Users\xxx\Documents\OSCAR_Data
    >C:\Users\xxx\Documents\OSCAR_Data\logs
    >C:\Users\xxx\Documents\OSCAR_Data\Profiles

Please tell me where/what directory/files…to copy to Documents folder”
Copy “DATALOG” folder to:
“C:\Users\xxx\Documents\OSCAR_Data”..... \DATALOG???

Hope I answered your question.
