Not all session data is imported

RE: Not all session data is imported
Same issue here. I'm new to OSCAR but I've tried creating 3+ new profiles to troubleshoot and none of them will import any data after Sept 30th. The card has been in the CPAP and recording data, OSCAR just refuses to import anything new. Doesn't matter what profile I'm using. It's extremely frustrating as I'm trying to dial in my pressure settings and can't review any of the changes I've made.

Forgot to mention I'm on OSCAR 1.5.1

Edit 2: tested locking the SD Card, makes no difference

Can't seem to edit my post any longer so update #3 - the Resvent iMatrix software sees the new days but OSCAR does not. So not an issue with the machine or SD card, must be something with OSCAR

As far as I know, an iBreeze is NOT supported by OSCAR. Here is the Wiki listing all supported makes and models: https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...d_machines

iBreeze = Resvent

They are listed as "mostly" supported.
I don't see particular models listed in the loader. The Hoffrichter brand is also listed in the same loader. So it is possible that some settings may have been missed. Likely still a WIP and will need further investigation....

Cheers, thanks. I will keep an eye on OSCAR updates and hopefully it gets resolved. Was working great up until last week

guzzle,

Have you had any OS updates recently?

Both Windows and macOS are notorious for changing permissions for apps. Have a look at the permissions for OSCAR and check that it can read/write to your OSCAR_Data folder

Good thinking. In fact yes, Windows 11 has been on an update spree lately.

However, running OSCAR as an admin doesn't seem to change anything. The import is still stopping at Sept 30th but everything prior to that imports properly.

Double checking folder permissions in Windows Explorer confirms I have full access too. But it was worth a look. Thanks anyway

Another thought; Look in File > Preferences > Import tab. Make sure you do not have the "Do not import older than..." selected.

Thanks. Took a look and that box is not checked.

RE: Not all session data is imported
Hi guzzle,

Unfortunately my problem had fixed itself with 1.5.0 before I got the debug build running. So clearly a "proper" bug. Now I can import multiple times during a day with multiple sessions. I have tried to reproduce starting over and adding sessions over again and it goes fine. When replaying my data there might be a central index which I do not update properly so I cannot be sure how accurate my reproduction is. To my dismay I am however unable to reproduce so far.

I have had no reponse from anyone familliar with the inner workings on the code so I've put this bug on the back burner. My early suspicion of "day.cpp" did not ring any alarms when I stepped through it.

I am however curious if your issue might be related.

Can I get you to enable the debug log and post it here? If you are uncomfortable with any of the data in it then please don't. I have had too many bad experiences with users altering debug logs they thought was not pertinent :-)

I am particulary intereseted in how many sessions are identified and which it actually tries to import.

In the Oscar menu you enable:
Help -> Troublesholoting -> Show Debug pane

It will add a pane at the bottom of the window which shows the progress of your import. It is a copy of all the text in this pane after the import which is interesting.

Kind regards,
clan
