Not sleeping as great as used to

RE: Not sleeping as great as used to
I am open to any other suggestions.  Different mask?  Using pillows for the past month.  Probably go back to FFM.

Well, I guess I am up a creek as it pertains to the CA's.  The numbers are going up slightly each night.  It is no solace that I am still below the magical number of 5.

Still "feels" like I am sleeping better.  Morning fatigue is still there, but that will be present until I retire in a few months.

A characteristic of central apnea is that it is consistently inconsistent. We all like to see repeatable results and that is how centrals are repeatable, they jump all over the place. Thus it takes a while to see a trend.

What is the process for evaluating the impacts of blood pressure medication? Numbers went up from the 2's to the 4's. Any previous chart looks like the past few nights. Mostly all centrals.

The doctor did say that apnea symptoms could increase. Certainly there is a body learning curve to the medicine, but just curious as to how the needle is thread to maximize both the medicine and therapy. Or, is it the same thought process either way?

Thanks!
