Still waking up exausted.

RE: Still waking up exausted.
You have problems with flow limits and EPR controls flow limits so you need EPR 3.

The way EPR works is it subtracts from the min to make exhale easier. EPR is exhale relief pressure it DOES NOT change the inhale pressure. Te inhale pressure is the min pressure.

With your settings min 10 epr 0 - your inhale pressure and exhale pressure is 10.

With min 10 EPR 3 your inhale is 10 your exhale is 7. It is the same INHALE pressure on either setting.

I don’t know what you felt but your inhale is the SAME on those different settings but your flow limits will be helped with EPR3 and you will have less H events.

I was definitely having to make an effort to inhale with EPR on. That's why I switched to 2 to see if that would help. I had issues with struggling to inhale with my old Dreamstation too. A suffocating feeling. Never had issues with exhaling. Thanks

EPR only effects the exhale pressure. If you are having to make an effort to inhale, you need to increase the pressure.
