Thanks - that's the model number. So what you have is a Resmed S9 VPAP Adapt with Pacewave, exactly the same as I have. This is a machine supported by Oscar so I'm at a loss why yours won't work with it. In any case you're getting a new machine soon so it's academic for the moment. If the new machine similarly plays up, let us know and we'll help you sort it.
