sleep tracking appa
Is there an app that can track the length of my central apneas? my air dash board is primitive. At this point would rather have 30 twelve second apneas than 1 four minute apnea. I am losing my mind. I would so very grateful for any guidance on if there is any way to measure the length of my events. I am only alive because i use a NONIN 2500 A device that wakes me up if my oxygen saturation drops below my set level (85) or pulse above 90 etc.. it goes of 20 times a night . Dr's as your threads indicate and my experience confirms, seem to be asked upon graduation to donate their hearts to someone who might actually use it. It has been a very rude awakening. Thank you so very very much for any and all assistance.

Welcome to Apnea Board,

You're going to need OSCAR. It is completely free, created by members of Apnea Board. You will need to download OSCAR onto your computer. And you'll need an SD card in your CPAP overnight to capture the sleep data.

The SD card is by any brand, standard size, between 2-32 GB (maybe 64 GB for ResMed 11 but not sure), and formatted to FAT32, unlocked write protect slider. It'll go in the slot on the left of your CPAP, under the silicone flap. It needs inserted before you sleep to capture details.

Upon waking, you'll move the SD card to your computer and the SD card reader to upload data into OSCAR. You want to view detailed daily tab in default chart view.

Here's a few wiki links to help.
