OSCAR data interpretation.

OSCAR data interpretation.
Hello. I've been using my CPAP machine for four months and still feel horrible on most days. A better kind of horrible than pre-CPAP, but I can't help but think improvements can be made.
The myAir app that ResMed uses almost always reports good results (almost always 99 or 100), so I'm hoping to see if the OSCAR data is more revealing.

It looks to me that you have some positional apnoea going on with the occasional clustering of OA and H events. Consider trying a flatter pillow and/or a soft cervical collar.

Yep, myAir is all smiles when some of us are suffering greatly. Sometimes, I want to smack the smilies in the face after I've had a particularly rough night.

Oscar data is ALWAYS more revealing. I'm not a settings person, but you could give a good start by analyzing your positions during sleep, e.g. are you on a stack of pillows, so you get a kink in your neck?
