RE: OSCAR interpretation - how to eliminate these centrals?
Depending on how things are going after a setting edit, you can decide within 24 hours sometimes if the edit was a good or bad thing. We do look for trends, myself 3 days is ok to consider the item in question is likely going to be a trend.
How I did my edits, try to only change 1 thing, use the machine hopefully overnight, decide if it helped or made things worse in some way when I got up, then view data on OSCAR to help connect better or worse therapy feel to some data bit. If it is going better, either try that edit a bit more or maintain it for a few days and decided if it's an edit to keep or not.
