OSCAR not recognizing Lowenstein SD Card

OSCAR not recognizing Lowenstein SD Card
Happy Easter weekend !

ANY HELP WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

OSCAR is not recognizing my Lowenstein Prisma Smart Max SD Card.

- The Lowenstein is new to me, but the seller used it for 1000 Hrs.  It is a current model manufactured less than 2 years ago.   I deleted the SD Card’s data before using it for my first nights sleep.
- OSCAR works perfectly with the SD Card from my Resmed 11.
- I made a new profile for use with the    Lowenstein.
- After clicking the IMPORT button I manually select the USB port the SD Card is connected to.  I am clicking on the “drive”, and not opening the contents of the card first. The screen immediately reverts back to the regular WELCOME screen and nothing else happens.
- I again re-formatted the card (this time a full re-format, not a quickie one) to eliminate any possible trouble files, then used it during one more night.  The Problem persists.
- I confirmed several files are written to the card.  About 5 as I recall.
- The computer is running Windows 11 I think.
-  I assume the OSCAR version is up to date via its auto update feature.

OSCAR has been invaluable to me for analyzing the Resmed 11 data during my first 6 months of CPAP use.
I really hope this little glitch gets sorted out for the Lowenstein.  Its price was so low I could not resist buying it.

Thanks for any assistance.

The Prisma Smart Max is supported by OSCAR.  Are you using the current version of
OSCAR?

OpalRose.
My OSCAR version is current.  Release 1.4.0+e35d47b3.
I may purchase a new SD card today to see if the old card is faulty.

RE: OSCAR not recognizing Lowenstein SD Card
I noticed something on the Profile screen that looks unusual.  The profile name for my Resmed 11 is in black font and the Ventilator Brand and Model are displayed. As I mentioned, Oscar is working fine with the Resmed 11.
The Lowenstein profile is different.  The name is green Font and the Ventilator Brand and Model are blank.
Could this indicate the Lowenstein profile is not fully set up?  I did not see an option for selecting Brand or Model during the Profile set-up process.

The current version of OSCAR is v1.5.2. You need to update it.

RE: OSCAR not recognizing Lowenstein SD Card
Crimson Nape and OpalRose,  thanks to both of your for your assistance.
OSCAR is now working with the Lowenstein.  I thought my installed Version was keeping its self updated.  But a fresh update from Sleepfiles solved my problem.
- THANKS !
