Help with Dreamstation error
Hi everyone,
This is my first post on this forum. I am on my third CPAP Machine and this is the first time I can't find an error code.
I have a Philips/Respironics DreamStation CPAP ProHumHT CAN
When I plug the CPAP to the power supply I get the following error message:
GUI Lib Invalid
Req: 37
Loaded: 37
CRC: FAIL
It takes some time between 15-40 plug/unplug motion for the CPAP to boot up without the error message.
I have searched everywhere and can't seem to find the problem or the solution to this problem.
Can anyone please help me out?
Denis

RE: Help with Dreamstation error
It's a new one on me, but something about a Graphic User Interface library and a cyclic redundancy check. Your machine is not happy with its firmware, and that is a warranty issue. Tell your supplier to repair or replace it.
RE: Help with Dreamstation error
I'm getting an unidentified Dreamstation error too.
The screen says
"Service Required"
030416-02797
I've tried searching for the error in the service manual, but can't seem to find anything even close.
Help?
RE: Help with Dreamstation error
I have the same issue with my Dreamstation Auto Cpap. Error code numbers are different
RE: Help with Dreamstation error
Take it to the supplier. They will most likely just replace it if under warranty.

Por lo que averigüe, la primera secuencia de números es la fecha en que inició y la segunda, la cantidad de horas usada, esta en modo seguro, falta saber como salir

From what I found out, the first sequence of numbers is the date it started and the second, the number of hours used, is in safe mode, it is necessary to know how to exit
