Opinions on nasal mask

thanks for posting that ragtopcircus. my lip leaks with p10 nasal pillows and collar have been increasing and I don't know why. I have lost about 20 or 25 pounds in the last roughly 9 months but don't feel like there's much difference in my anatomy as a result other than a couple inches off my waist. BUT, you mentioned needing less pressure, which, duh, I hadn't thought of. not sure if it's the case as my obstructive index hasn't declined with weight loss, but it gives me something else to try.
