Please help, first time analyzing my oscar data
Hey folks, I've been using my airsense 11 for the past ~8 months, it's been sort of effective, but feels less helpful in the past month or so. I don't know how to interpret a lot of the oscar data, so please let me know if there are any insights here. I can included more screenshots of Oscar data if needed. Thanks for all your help here!

Can you post some complete nights rather than an hour or so?

Here are a few complete nights. I switched to a nasal cradle mask recently which I'm having a bit of a harder time keeping on throughout the night. So that's probably part of why my sleep quality has been worse recently.

I don't see much wrong with the 7/28 or the 7/30 nights. Your 8/22 appears to show more arousals, but then again not that bad   Your leak rate is is a little high and on occasion may be causing some arousals but not a big deal.   Looking at your partial charts nothing really jumps out at me.  Your full night charts look a lot like mine, I run at 10.4 with a 3 EPR in CPAP mode   Post some more charts, perhaps someone else will see a problem that I didn't.

Good Luck.
