Getting O2 Insight Pro files to OSCAR?

RE: Getting O2 Insight Pro files to OSCAR?
It's been a long time but I seem to remember needing to change the extension to ".dat" for some reason in some cases.

Thank you for the suggestion.  Sadly it still crashes.  I was going to attach one of the files but the attachment wasn't allowed.  I believe this link is public:  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1p9W_BKv...sp=sharing

Hi rayfes! - Welcome
Your problem has been addressed and is in the OSCAR master code. When Wellue/Viatom released the O2Ring-S model, they restructured the datafile for it. These guys love to reinvent the wheel. If so inclined, you can download the OSCAR source code and build your own copy so you do not have to wait until the next release. Here is the download link: https://gitlab.com/pholy/OSCAR-code. The building instructions are in the "Building" folder under each operating system supported.

Thanks for the quick response and fix Red!

I can see how it would be annoying to support something that is changing often (c'mon Wellvu).

I used to be a semiconductor hardware designer and took a look what would be involved in building Oscar myself.  I'll wait for the next release  Smile  though it looks like that may not be for some time.

That's ok as importing O2 data is a nice-to-have.  I've been using Oscar for years and it's fantastic.  I hate that my Resmed Airmini is so closed off but am glad my main CPAP imports easily into Oscar.

Oscar is an incredible program with incredible people behind it!

I haven't had to "reselect" the file location for my Wellue O2Ring data since before I uploaded the latest version ... and now, suddenly, it didn't find the data files.  So I went through the Oximetry Wizard sequence to point to them it didn't show the files as present and it won't link to the file location anymore.  At the end of the wizard process when in the data folder and clicking on the O2Ring serial for the file of records for that ring the file window shows no data.  I see there might have been some sort of file restructuring to accommodate changes by Wellue ... could it be that the older files are no longer compatible or have the wrong file ending?

First, is the data storage location for the Wellue data local, meaning you are not storing it in the cloud?  Have you used your File Explorer, outside of OSCAR, to verify the files are present?
