Oscar Analysis
have been a cpap user full face over a year, have been compliant but still do not feel refreshed when waking up and would appreciate any feedback from my oscar data

my diagnosis was AHI 16 and O2 saturation was 32

RE: Oscar Analysis
Please read the link in my signature “Formatting OSCAR charts” for the preferred format. It is much easier for us when we see the important data on a single screen.

Without more data, it appears that your pressure is not enough as there are arousals and flow limitations, enough to disturb your sleep quality.

Since you have a fixed pressure machine, start increasing your base pressure and bumping up your pressure by 0.2 every night or so until the flow rate smooths out a bit or you feel it is uncomfortable. If that happens stop there and monitor the flow rate and flow limitations. If needed wash, rinse, and repeat as needed.

Something like:

Pressure 11
EPR 3 full-time
No ramp (unless you absolutely need to use ramp)

You would be better served using an APAP, which has a fixed pressure mode as well, but also would adjust pressure to help manage the flow limitations. The best we can do with the current machine is bump up pressure to help resolve the FL’s.

RE: Oscar Analysis
thanks, I have a appointment soon and will ask if i can I have a APAP

have sent the screenshots with better formatting this time.

quite often i awake around midnight-2am with the feeling that there is too much pressure, most nights i tend to just switch off the machine and restart

I will give the pressure increase and setting the EPR to 3 full time,
