Oscar Data, lots of flags, Persistent Symptoms?

Oscar Data, lots of flags, Persistent Symptoms?
I've had two main issues that I'm almost positive are being caused by my sleep that haven't been resolved by cpap thus far.

I've been getting morning diarrhea consistently for years now. For years I thought was dietary and took all the usual dietary steps to no avail what so ever. After I started to suspect I had OSA I drew a connection to my sleep. The severity of my IBS each morning correlated perfectly to how good or bad I felt after waking up.

The main problem I have is low testosterone. I've had libido problems for all of my 20's (I'm now 30) and after a really low T blood test that resulted in a referral to the endocrinologist I was diagnosed with low T. I felt I wasn't really taken seriously by the endo, she couldn't really make sense of it as every other test said I was perfectly healthy and she didn't like the idea of medicating someone my age so she recommended exercise which I took to heart. I got really into mountain biking, got really fit, and all these years later I still have zero libido.

Like a lot of people I found myself waking up choking, heart racing and after some googling started to suspect OSA and after some more googling started to realise that OSA might just explain everything that's been wrong with me.

I had a WatchPat home test done in April which returned an AHI of 18 and the doc prescribed Apap with a preasure of 5-14cm, all over the phone.

I'm due my first follow up consultation with my doc this coming Tuesday since being diagnosed. I didn't tell him about these problems I've been having as I had hoped Cpap would resolve them which unfortunately hasn't happened. I've since been tinkering with the pressure without permission, I don't know how that's gonna go down. I've reverted back to my prescribed pressure of 5-14cm the last week or so, hopefully he won't notice or if he does, hopefully he won't mind.

There seems to be a lot of flags in my data, namely flow limitations and snores. I tried increasing both min and max pressures which didn't seem to make much of a difference, the highest I went was 10-17cm for a week or so. I should also point out that since I've been on Cpap I've been sleeping with a Woodyknows inflatable backpack, so I've been sleeping exclusively on my side.

So yeah, I don't know what to expect on Tuesday, I don't know what to make of my data. I just really want to resolve my low T problem above all else.

First Screen shot is from last night at my prescribed pressure of 5-14cm,  the other 2 are from when I had the pressure higher, which from what I can see didn't make a tonne of difference.

Welcome

your charts look great, between 0.25 and 0.58 AHI is amazing. the VS and FL flags are more quirks or the lowenstein machines but reducing the FLs would help you sleep. good data just not an apnea event flag.

softpap is already maxed think? the other option is to increase min pressure like you have been doing, you seem to be doing better with min 10 and could try more, i see FLs down to 22.

Yeah, I was worried 10 was a little crazy so I was afraid to go any higher. But I didn't mind it comfort/tolerence-wise.

as long as it doesn't increase leaks, cause aerophagia or increase CAs you're fine.
