Current state of support for Airsense 11
I recently was switched from an Airsense 10 (which was wonderfully supported) to an Airsense 11. For complicated insurance reasons I can't go back to my Airsense 10. :-)
This morning, the first time after using it, I went to import the prior night's data into OSCAR, to see how well it worked. OSCAR recognized that there was an Airsense 11 data structure there, and talked-the-talk like it was importing it when I told it to do so, but there was no actual data visible from that import.
I'm using "OSCAR 1.4.0+e35d47b3", which appears to be most current available. The Supported Hardware guide implies that it should import the data but that "timezone and C/F conversion aren't working right yet".... but those don't seem like they should prevent the data from being imported at all.
I see the Airsense 11 in the list of "Device Information" (showing me every device I've ever owned) but NOT in the "Changes to Device Settings" section.
Thoughts?

Hi dballing ! -
If the SD card was used in your AS10, did you reformat it prior to use? The AS11 switched some file extensions in the model changeover. I don't believe the current release version of OSCAR had the code modified to look for the newer file extensions over the older ones.
I recommend that you make a backup copy of your SD card to your PC. Look in the SD card for duplicate file names, with the difference being the newer ones will have a ".json" extension. Delete the duplicate older name that doesn't have this extension. I believe they will have a ".xml" extension. In OSCAR, purge the data for that day, then reimport the data again. This should correct the problem.

Yes I reformatted it prior to moving over. I assumed that having two different machines' data on it would cause confusion and avoided that out of the gate. :-)
The only data that's on it (when I mount it on my mac) is last night's data from the 11.
RE: Current state of support for Airsense 11
As a side note, I did try purging the A10 data from the 25th, and reimported the A11 data, but that didn't yield any results either.
My prior A10 was an EU model whose timezone was locked into a wonky state so it would constantly seem like it was about six hours off from reality... (hence why getting a new one from the US insurer now that we're back in the states) ... but even purging the data where it thought the A10 was used on the night of the 25th, it wouldn't import the A11's night of the 25th data.

Are there any ".json" files on the card?

Afterthought: The As11 data transfer has been known to be wonky (Red's technical term!
) at best. Some users have reported that they have to power down the AS11, insert the SD card, and power it back up to get it to write data again. You might try this and let it stay in the AS11 for a couple of days. This will provide an ample opportunity to write the data. The downside to this idea is, the anticipation of what you will find.

The only JSON files on the card are the settings and identification files. Everything else is in "EDF" whatever that is.
See attached for literally all the files on the card at the moment.

You've done well, Grasshopper!
"European Data Format (EDF) is a standard file format designed for exchange and storage of medical time series. Being an open and non-proprietary format, EDF(+) is commonly used to archive, exchange and analyze data from commercial devices in a format that is independent of the acquisition system."
You might try putting the SD card in your PC first, then start OSCAR. Purge the current day's data that uses the AS11, and reimport it.

That was what did it. For whatever reason if I mounted the SD card *after* OSCAR was running, it didn't want to read the data off it completely.
As someone for whom computers are my day job, I won't pretend to understand the "why" of that when it shouldn't matter, but
hrug: ... it works. :-)
Thanks for the assist!
Cheers!

I have found with my AS 11... that sometimes I need to mount and unmount the card until the SD card memo comes up on the screen
I had one night where I just put it back in and it didn't mount properly and didn't get any data...
RE: Current state of support for Airsense 11
Sounds like it is either a card problem ( try with a different SD card ) or ir is reader in your AS11 which would require a repair.
