I have a Resmed AirSense 10 with the 3G modem. Since I no longer get information via MyAir app, I thought I would try Oscar. I downloaded Oscar 1.3.1 Win64 today and attempted to open it. I keep getting stuck cataloging EDF files at 97%. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program but have the same problem. The program says it is not responding. When I view my SD card via my computer, I see there are datalog files. I also revied my security setting for the program. Any assistance would be appreciated.
There may be a problem with reading a file on the SD card. The first thing to do is to run OSCAR and before importing the data, go to the Help menu -> Troubleshooting and click on 'Show Debug Pane' - then pull up its top border to show about 12 - 15 lines. Now import your data, and when it stops, copy the debug pane and paste it into a post in this thread. There may be enough information there to solve your problem.
Failing that we can have you zip the SD card and the diagnostic logs; but one thing at a time, easy things first.

The area that probably needs to be seen is at the bottom of the Debug window. You will need to scroll down to the bottom before you take a screenshot.
Another trick you may wish to try is to limit how far back in time you import into OSCAR. To do this, before importing your data, go to File ⇾ Preferences ⇾ Import (it's the default tab when you open it). Place a checkmark, if not one, on the option Do not import sessions older than: and enter a date of about a week to 2-weeks ago. Click on the OK button in the lower right. Now, try importing your data.
