Trouble importing data to Oscar

Trouble importing data to Oscar
I am a brand new user.

I have inserted a 16 GB San Disk into my AS11. Unlocked.

After my test session, I wait for the indicator to turn green and remove the card from the CPAP.

I insert the card into a USB Card Reader, go to Oscar and hit Import Data.

I get no notice that OSCAR found the file structure.

I direct it to my F: drive with the SD card. Windows 11 beeps and recognizes the device.

The progress bar goes from 0 to 100% but then I get an error message saying No Supportable Data was found.

I have tried this numerous times, proving Einstein's dictum.

I have read AS11 manual and Oscar User Guide to no avail.

From the AS11 info panel I see Wifi and Blutooth icons - would that disable the SD avenue? My provider accesses the Wifi reports from ResMed.

Hi bubbafoxus! - Welcome
I would suspect that your SD card could be bad. Try a new card first. If your problem continues, please make a complete zipped copy of the card and send it to the Dropbox address below. Please include your username in the filename.

Thank you so much for the quick and helpful reply.
The card now works, as I came to realize I was not properly inserting on the CPAP itself.
I now have a wonderful world of data to explore.
Thank you. Wonderful software. Thanks
