OSCAR - anyway to get data from NightShift into OSCAR please?

RE: OSCAR - anyway to get data from NightShift into OSCAR please?
Hi Goodsleephunting

I found that, in the beginning, the NightShift woke me up all the time.   It was a bit disruptive, but actually I felt better in the morning that if i hadn't worn it (and had stayed on my back).

Eventually, i found I was sleeping on my back less.  My body did learn tha it wasn't meant to be on its back, and the alarm went off less often.    it really helped, and i slept better (though still not great) and my brain fog started to lift.  After abiout 3 months, i decided I would get a CPAP, as I realised how much better I was when I was not having so many apnoeas.

I naively thought that I could ditch the NightShift once I started CPAP, but that turned out not to be the case. Not for me, anyway.   If I didn't wear the NightShift, I would end up on my back a couple of times in the night, and then I'd still have apnoeas (and a not so good night).

Sometimes, my neck was desperate for me to  lie on my back to stretch it,  just for a couple of minutes.....  so i'd turn the NightShift off.  That was ALWAYS fatal.   I'd fall asleep on my back, and then have a load of apnoeas and a carp rest of the night.

Now I've learned that if I'm going to do that, I turn the Night Shift off, wait a couple of seconds, and then turn it back on again.  That gives me 15 minutes before the alarm goes off, so that works usually.

There are times when the alarm goes off, I stir, and turn it off in my sleep. That always ends with a disturbed night.

Now,  I have many nights where I don't attempt to lie on my back at all.

But I always wear the Night Shift.
